1) How long does shipping take?

Once an order is placed, we require between 3-5 business days for order processing and handling time. After 3-5 business days, we ship out the order. Shipping time depends on destination and product. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. United States orders usually take between 5 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes can take slightly longer. 2) What is your return policy?

We accept new and unused product returns within a 30-day time period. We require the item to be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll get the return process started for you.

3) How do I check on the status my order?

4) What payments do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, as well as PayPal.

5) Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, South Africa, the UK, and Europe. Shipping eligibility to certain regions depends on the product. Please refer to the product page for this information. We are currently in the process of updating our storefront to enable full international shipping, so please keep posted!
